Let's Pickle is an inaugural initiative that creates a sustainable income source for the marginalized women farmers of Naki (Munger District) in partnership with Bihar Agricultural University and SEWA. This initiative backs rural livelihood and the purchase of this pickle aids aspiring micro-entrepreneurs.
Homegrown mushrooms are sun-dried and pickled. Seasoned with fennel seeds, it aids digestion and maintains a healthy gut. The lean protein present in the mushrooms helps burn cholesterol.
Ingredients: Dry Mushrooms, Salt, Turmeric, Black Onion Seeds, Ajwain, Fenugreek, Mustard, Chicory, White vinegar, Fennel Seeds (Saunf) and Mustard Oil.
